1. About this agreement

This End User License Agreement governs your use of Arsenal Document Studio at forany.tech (the “Service”). The Service is administered by Jim Kerns, KC ProAdvisor. In this agreement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Service operator; “you” refers to the authorized person using the Service and, where that person has authority to act for it, their organization.

By signing in or using the workspace, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the workspace. Questions about the agreement may be sent to jim@kcproadvisor.com. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

2. Permission to use the Service

Subject to this agreement and your organization’s authorization, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Service for your organization’s internal business activities. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software, interface, branding, or other Service materials. Rights in third-party software and trademarks remain with their respective owners.

You retain your rights in the business data and documents you supply. You authorize us and the providers used to run the Service to host, process, display, and transmit that information as needed to provide the functions you request.

3. Accounts and authorized use

Use your assigned individual account. Protect your password and setup link, do not share access, and promptly notify your administrator of suspected misuse. You must have authority to access the business records you view, enter, or change and to connect the QuickBooks company you select.

The workspace is shared: authorized staff can view saved documents, including internal notes, and administrators can manage accounts and edit shared records. Follow your organization’s rules for confidentiality, approvals, and staff access.

Do not use the Service unlawfully, access another organization’s data without permission, bypass security controls, introduce malicious software, disrupt the Service, or reproduce or redistribute the software without authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. QuickBooks and other providers

QuickBooks authorization is handled by Intuit. An administrator must authorize and confirm the company before the Service can use its connection. Connected staff can retrieve supported lists and use Add new to create supported records in that live QuickBooks company. Check the company, names, account selections, and other details before saving a new record.

A QuickBooks connection does not mean every feature writes to QuickBooks. Follow the status and confirmation shown for each action. Do not treat an error or an unconfirmed request as a successful transaction; check the destination before repeating an uncertain action.

Intuit, hosting providers, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. This agreement does not replace them or grant rights to their services. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; the Service is a separate application, and no Intuit endorsement is implied.

5. Documents, accuracy, and current availability

At the effective date of this agreement, workspace estimates, purchase orders, and invoices are saved as demo documents. Posting those documents to QuickBooks, verifying sales tax, and sending outgoing document email are not enabled. Creating supported list records through Add new is a separate live QuickBooks action when the company is connected.

You are responsible for reviewing recipients, descriptions, quantities, prices, tax treatment, account assignments, approvals, and document status before relying on or distributing any output. Keep the records and copies your business requires. The Service does not replace your accounting system, your organization’s controls, or professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Features and availability may change. A feature is available only when it is enabled and described as available in the Service.

6. Fees and separate agreements

This agreement does not set a subscription price or authorize a charge. Any fees, support commitments, or other commercial terms must be established separately with your organization. Your organization remains responsible for any subscriptions it maintains with Intuit or other providers. A separately signed agreement controls to the extent it expressly conflicts with this agreement.

7. Ending access and disconnecting

You may stop using the Service at any time. Administrators may disable staff accounts. We may restrict or suspend access to address unauthorized use, security concerns, a violation of this agreement, or a legal requirement.

An administrator can use the QuickBooks page to disconnect the company. A successful disconnect revokes the authorization through Intuit and removes the stored access and refresh tokens from this application. It does not delete records already created in QuickBooks or erase saved workspace documents and activity history. Contact us to request assistance with data access or deletion.

8. Availability and responsibility

Except as provided in a separate signed agreement or required by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific business result. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits rights that cannot be waived, or excuses obligations under applicable privacy or data-protection law. This agreement does not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

9. Changes, interpretation, and contact

We may update this agreement as the Service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention through an appropriate notice, and additional agreement will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or claims that have already arisen.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. Questions about use, access, or these terms should be directed to Jim Kerns, KC ProAdvisor, at jim@kcproadvisor.com.
